We exist so every student has a real plan.
Velocity Education Group was founded by Marlo Prioleau to give Title I schools the curriculum they need to prepare students for life — not just the next test.
We exist because “go to college” isn’t a plan.
Too many students leave high school without the tools to navigate what comes next — whether that’s college, a trade, the workforce, or an entrepreneurial path. Schools want to help, but they don’t have the curriculum, the bandwidth, or a coherent framework to teach life skills at scale.
Velocity Education Group was founded to solve that problem. We provide a turnkey, research-backed curriculum that any Title I school can deploy — across grades 5 through 12 — so every student graduates with both the academic foundation and the personal readiness to choose their own future.

Meet Marlo Prioleau
Marlo Prioleau is the CEO and founder of Velocity Education Group. He holds an MBA and brings more than 20 years of experience in education, mentorship, and curriculum development — including years of direct classroom work with the very students this curriculum is built for.
Marlo’s path — from educator to author to program architect — began with a simple observation: students were being pushed toward college by default, without ever being shown the full range of post-secondary options available to them. His book, I Ain’t Going to College: A Decision-Making Guide for Life After High School, became the foundation of the curriculum that Velocity delivers today.
Our principles.
Every student deserves a real plan — not a default answer.
Post-secondary success isn't one-size-fits-all. We teach students to choose, not to be pushed.
Teachers are our partners, not our audience.
We build for the teacher-facilitator first. Our materials make your team's job easier, not heavier.
Outcomes matter. We measure them.
Every cohort gets pre- and post-program surveys. Your data tells the story of your impact.
Equity is practical, not decorative.
Built for Title I. Affordable pricing models for all.
